I am a lifelong native of the north side of Chicago. I am a graduate of University of Illinois with a major in Finance and I also earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Lewis University. My inherent knowledge of every neighborhood in Chicago is magnified by my experience working for 13 years as a Sergeant with the Chicago Police Department in almost every area of the city. I am an extremely giving person and have a strong desire to help others which has led me to the real estate industry. I love to learn and teach others in the process. I am most proud of my affiliation with Homes for Heroes. Through this program, I have pledged to give back 25% of my gross commission directly back to my Hero buyer or seller at closing as a way for me to thank them directly for their service to our communities. Heroes include veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, healthcare workers, and teachers.

I started my real estate career in 2008 and since then I have formed The Saladino Sells Team. This is clearly evidenced through my lifetime sales volume of over $80 million. In 2018 Mike outperformed his colleagues by selling 57 homes equating to almost $19 million in volume. I have been awarded the Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer award every year since 2015 for both volume and number of transactions and in 2017 and 2018 my team was recognized as being in the Top 1% of Realtors.
